CrossFit.

6 days/ week. Morning and evening.

These classes are of small groups to up 15 people max with specialised CrossFit coaches. A great class to quickly gain strength, cardio and over all fitness. No routine is the same. Every day is a different work out. The Work Out of the Day (WOD) is written on the board daily with members writing up their scores. These classes start with strengthening barbell training practicing either hang cleans, deadlifts, squats or bench. Then second half of the classes ends with a WorkOut using kettlebells, dumbbells, assault bikes, rowers, climbing ropes and much more. High energy. Lot’s of sweat. Good laughter. All fitness levels and abilities welcomed.

Olympic Lifting.

6pm Thursdays.

Our Olympic Lifting class offers focused, high quality training in a supportive small group environment. Led by Specialised, qualified coaches, each session is designed to improve your technique, strength and confidence in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Whether you’re a beginner or refining your form, our expert guidance ensures you train safely and effectively.

In summer with Daylight saving times, Saturday morning classes change from 9.30am to 8.30am. Beat the heat!
